You book time with one of Wndy's HR experts entirely in the platform. Here is how it goes, from the first click to a confirmed meeting.

When you choose Book a video meeting you see an overview with a personal card for every available HR expert.

Each card gives a short introduction with name, role, experience and areas of expertise, so you can find the right person for your question. You can also mark experts as favourites to find them faster next time.

2. Book a meeting

Once you have found the expert you want, click the booking button on their card to move on to the next step.

3. Set up your meeting

On the next page you choose:

• Meeting length, for example 30 or 60 minutes.
• Date and time in the calendar.
• Who should join, if there are several of you. You can also add a short note about what the meeting is about.

4. Review the booking

Before you confirm you see a summary of the meeting with time, participants and the expert you picked. When everything looks right, click Book to confirm.

5. Confirmation and follow-up

After booking you land on a confirmation page with all the details of your meeting. From there you can:

• See the booking in your calendar overview.
• Book further meetings straight away.
• Go back to the platform start page.
